Factory Reset a Schlage Sense Pro™

Before You Begin:

Warning: Factory default reset will remove all codes and virtual keys that have been programmed to your lock. These codes cannot be retrieved so be sure you have your default codes available to re-program the lock.

Locate the default programming and access codes on the back of your Quick Start Guide (included in the box) or on the label next to the FDR button.

When Should I Perform a Factory Default Reset (FDR):

• I want to move my lock to a different door.
• I forgot my new programming code.
• I connected my Sense Pro to a smart home system but want to unpair, erase all of my codes, and restore all of my default settings.

How to FDR:

1. Remove the battery cover.

2. Press and hold the blue button for 10 seconds.
   
   
   
   Success is indicated by the keypad will illuminate, and the light bar will cycle white, red, yellow, blue, then white, followed by the Schlage logo, and accompanied by two beeps
