Schlage Sense Pro™: Pair to Schlage Home and Apple Home Simultaneously

The Schlage Sense Pro™ has the ability to work simultaneously in both the Schlage Home app and the Apple Home app.

The iOS version of the Schlage Home app is required to achieve simultaneous mode.

There are 2 ways to pair the lock in Simultaneous mode. 

1. Pair the lock in the Apple Home app, and then add the lock to the Schlage Home app.
   ​

2. Pair the lock to Schlage Home app, and then add HomeKit mode to the lock using the same Schlage Home app.

Lock is already paired to the Apple Home app

If your lock is already commissioned in the Apple Home app, and you wish to also control the lock through the Schlage Home app:

1. Launch the Schlage Home app.
2. Navigate to unassociated locks.
3. The lock you paired in the Apple Home app will appear under the same name.
4. Open the menu by pressing the 3 dots to the right of the lock name.
5. Select "Connect Schlage Account"
6. Follow in app prompts to complete the setup. 

OR 

1. Launch the Schlage Home app.
2. Open the app Menu.
3. Select "Works With".
4. Select "Pair with Schlage Home app".
5. Follow in app prompts to complete the setup. 

Lock is already paired to the Schlage Home app

1. Launch the Schlage Home app.
2. Open the app Menu.
3. Select "Works With".
4. Select "Apple Home".
5. Follow in app prompts to complete the setup.
