Common Causes of an Empty Network List:

1. Poor Signal Strength
   A weak Wi-Fi signal can prevent your network list from displaying properly.
2. Unsupported Network Type
   The Schlage Sense Pro™ is not compatible with certain network types, such as Open WEP or Enterprise networks.
3. Unsupported Network Security Type
   Only standard home security types like WPA2 and WPA3 are supported by the Schlage Sense Pro™.
4. Hidden SSID
   Networks with hidden SSIDs will not appear automatically in the network list.

Improve Wi-Fi Signal Strength
