If your Schlage packaging is missing keys, the first step is to return to the retailer where you made the purchase and request an exchange.
Submit a Support Ticket:
If exchanging the lock isn't possible, click on "Submit a Ticket" located at the top right corner of the Schlage support page to get assistance directly from the manufacturer.
Important Note:
If you purchased a BE375 or FE575 model, please be aware that these are keyless locks, and therefore, do not include physical keys.
