How to View Battery Percentage in the Schlage Home App

When your lock's batteries are extremely low, the lock will flash a red battery icon before unlocking when entering the code, or before locking with the lock icon.

To proactively check the battery percentage in the app, follow these steps:

Open the Schlage Home App.

For Locks Associated with a Home:

Tap on the Home.
Press the three dots next to the lock in question.
The battery percentage can be viewed from the menu.

For Locks Not Associated with a Home:

Scroll to "Unassociated Locks."
Press the three dots next to the lock in question.
The battery percentage can be viewed from the menu.
