FA360: Thumb-Turn Removal

To remove the thumb-turn to un-install the Discontinued Schlage FA Series Handleset -FA360, please follow the steps below.

1. Obtain a paperclip or a small rod.
2. Locate the small hole on the shaft of the thumb-turn.
3. Insert the paperclip into the hole.
4. Press inward and then push downward to release the thumb-turn.
5. Remove the thumb-turn carefully.
