Schlage Home App: Locating MAC ID

If your Schlage Arrive (BE459), Schlage Encode (BE489), Schlage Encode Plus (BE499), or Schlage Encode Lever (FE789) is paired to the Schlage Home app you can locate the MAC ID through the Schlage Home app settings. 

To locate the MAC ID through the Schlage Home app:

1. Open the Schlage Home app on your mobile device.
2. Navigate to your lock and press the three dots next to its name.
3. Select "Lock Settings" from the menu.
4. Tap on "Wi-Fi Settings".

5. "Lock MAC ID" is displayed under the "Wi-Fi Password" box, above "Connect Wi-Fi".
    

   If your lock is paired via Bluetooth, select the Wi-Fi network you'd like to join to populate the Lock MAC ID. 

6. Once you have noted the MAC ID, force close the app.

This feature is not available for the Schlage Sense (BE479, discontinued).
