Switching Wi‑Fi Networks in the Schlage Home App

If your lock is currently connected to your local Wi-Fi network through the Schlage Home App and you need to switch it to a different Wi-Fi network, please follow the step-by-step instructions below. This process will guide you through disconnecting your lock from the existing network and connecting it to the new Wi-Fi network to ensure uninterrupted remote access and functionality.

You must be within Bluetooth range to complete this process. 

1. Open the Schlage Home app on your mobile device.
2. Navigate to your lock and press the three dots next to its name.
3. Select "Lock Settings" from the menu.
4. Tap on "Wi-Fi Settings".
5. Press "Select Different Network".
6. Select the new network.
7. Enter the Wi-Fi password.
8. Press "Connect Wi-Fi"
