How to Delete Codes from the Schlage Home App

How to Delete Codes from the Schlage Home App:

• Launch the Schlage Home App.
• Navigate to the lock that has the code you would like to delete:
• For locks associated with a Home:
  • • Tap the Home name.
    • Tap on the name of the Home to view all locks within the home.
• If the lock is not associated with a Home:
  • • Scroll to "Unassociated Locks."
• Tap the three dots to the right of the lock name to open the lock menu.
• Tap "Manage Access."

To Delete an individual code:

• Swipe left on the name of the code for the delete option to appear.
• Press "Delete."
• Allow a few seconds for the code to delete.
• Test the code on the keypad to ensure it has been properly deleted.

To Delete All Codes at once:

• Press "Delete All" at the bottom of the screen
• Allow a few seconds for the codes to delete.
