How to Delete Codes From the Schlage Connect Lock

If your Schlage Connect lock is not paired with a third-party hub, you can still program the lock manually. For interactive instructions, please click here.

To Delete a Code:

• Press the Schlage button.
• Enter the six-digit programming code.
• Press the number 2.
• Enter the code you would like to delete.
• Enter the code a second time to confirm it.
• To delete multiple codes, repeat the above two steps for each additional code.
• Two green check marks will indicate successful deletion.

Finally, test the codes on the lock to ensure they have been removed.

To Delete All Codes:

• Press the Schlage button.
• Enter the six-digit programming code.
• Press the number 6.
• Enter the programming code again.
• Two green check marks will indicate successful deletion.
