Both the Schlage Encode Series (models BE489, BE499, and FE789) and the Schlage Arrive (BE459) are equipped with a Scheduled Locking feature, allowing you to automate locking at specific times for added security and convenience. To use this feature, your lock must be paired with the Schlage Home app. Additionally, smart home integrations like Alexa or HomeKit (exclusive to the Encode Plus) allow you to include your lock in automated routines.
Steps to Set Up Scheduled Locking via the Schlage Home App
