Can the Schlage Encode Series Cylinders Be Replaced with Everest Cylinders?

The entire Schlage Encode Series, including the Schlage Encode and Schlage Encode Plus Smart Wi-Fi Deadbolt models, cannot be fitted with an Everest cylinder. The Schlage Encode series utilizes 5-pin cylinder locks, while the Everest cylinder is a 6-pin lock. Due to this fundamental difference, the cylinders are not interchangeable. However, locks in the Schlage Encode series can be rekeyed to match existing Schlage 5-pin key cylinders for added convenience.
