How to Delete a Virtual Key

When using the Schlage Home app to manage your smart lock, you can assign virtual keys to provide access to others. This access can be revoked at anytime by either the owner or an Admin Virtual Key holder, by simply deleting the Virtual Key.

To Delete a Virtual Key

1. Navigate to the Lock you'd like to share access to:
2. If the lock is associated with a Home:
   Tap on the name of the Home to view all locks within the home.
3. If the lock is not associated with a Home:
   Scroll to "Unassociated Locks."
4. Tap the three dots to the right of the lock name to open the lock menu.
5. Tap "Manage Access."
6. Press Virtual Keys
7. Swipe left on the name of  the Virtual Key you'd like to delete.
8. Press "Delete"
9. Confirm Delete
