How to Access Lock History Through the Schlage Home App

The Schlage Home app provides access to a detailed lock history, allowing you to track lock activity, such as when the door was locked or unlocked and by whom. This feature is accessible via the "Lock History" section within the app. The lock history is stored in the Schlage cloud, to ensure real-time updates a stable Wi-Fi connection is required for your smart lock.

Steps to Access Lock History

1. Open the Schlage Home App
2. Navigate to the lock
3. Press the three dots (...) next to the lock name
4. Select "Lock History" from the menu

5. The app will display a history of all lock-related events, including:

   • Who locked or unlocked the door.
   • The time and date of each event.
   • Manual Lock entries, such as using the thumb-turn or key
