How to Add Codes to BE469ZP When Paired to the Ring Alarm Base Station

Guest Users can be added to accounts with a Ring Alarm Base Station paired to the BE469ZP. These users can arm and disarm the alarm system, as well as lock and unlock connected locks using their assigned access code.

To Add a Guest User:

1. Open the Ring app and navigate to the main dashboard.
2. Tap the menu icon (☰).
3. Select Control Center.
4. Tap Shared Users.
5. Tap Manage next to the location where you want to add a Guest User.
6. Tap Add User or Add User or Pet.
7. Select Add an Alarm Guest User and follow the in-app prompts.
8. Tap Save.
    

To Remove a Guest User or Edit Their Access:

1. Select the Alarm Guest User you want to remove or update.
   
   To remove the user:
2. Tap Remove User, then confirm by tapping Remove.
3. Tap save.
    

To Edit Access to Specific Devices:

1. Toggle access on or off for the selected device(s).
2. Tap Save.
