Schlage B60: Key is Stuck

If the key is stuck in a Schlage deadbolt, uninstall and reinstall the lock. Make sure the key is removed and the latch is retracted during installation. If the issue persists, please submit a request for assistance.

Please refer to the installation instructions to ensure the lock has been installed correctly.
