    The touchscreen does not illuminate. 
    The locksmith with our builder checked it and said it’s faulty. 
    I’ve said this already

    Hello Kimberly! I've reviewed your ticket, and it looks like you have a Schlage Encode and not a Schlage Sense. I recommend trying the troubleshooting steps for the Encode: https://schlage-res.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/38102568979220-Encode-Series-Keypad-Not-Responding.
