BR400: Factory Default Reset

Some troubleshooting situations will call for a Factory Default Reset of the Discontinued Schlage Sense Wi-Fi Adapter- BR400. To Factory Default Reset the BR400 please view the steps below.

BR400 Reset

Note:

The BR400 must be plugged in to reset the adapter.

1. Press and hold the button on the Wi-Fi adapter for 10-12 seconds.
2. Release Button.
3. The reset is complete.
