Schlage does not carry replacement parts for discontinued locks. If you need further support or wish to determine if your discontinued lock is eligible for warranty coverage, you can submit a ticket to inquire about warranty eligibility or to submit a warranty claim.

I need to speak to someone. My lock hears the code and reacts but the knob does not unlock I do not want to do email I need to speak to a representative. Thank you.
As I said prior my lock heard and reacts but the knob keeps spinning and does not unlock. I want a representative to contact me with what can be done. I can’t believe I have to go through this site to contact another company.
