Schlage Arrive: Pair to the Schlage Home App

The Schlage Home app provides an interactive step-by-step process for pairing your lock. To ensure a seamless setup experience, it's recommended to start with the app.

Before You Begin:

1. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device.
2. Verify that your lock is the Schlage Arrive (model BE459)

To Pair Your Lock:

• Initiate the pairing process by tapping the plus icon located in the bottom right corner of the app's home screen.
• Select "Lock"
• Press "Yes" on the pop-up screen
• Select the Home you would like to add your lock to, or create a new one
• Name your Lock
• Press "Continue"

To Pair Your Lock Without Adding to a Home:

• Press "Just Add Lock" on the pop-up screen
• Name your Lock
• Press "Continue"

Please Adhere to In-App Instructions for the Following Steps

• The app will confirm that you have a Schlage Arrive and ask if your lock is already installed.
  If it is not, follow the provided installation steps.
  If the lock is installed, select "Yes, lock is installed" to skip the installation instructions.
• Press "Allow" if the Schlage Home App requests access to the camera
• The app will open the camera on your phone:
• Center the view on the QR Code and the app enters the Programming Code automatically.
  If you prefer a manual option, wait a few seconds and select "Try Another Method" from the pop-up window. Enter the 6-digit programming code when prompted:
• Gently press and quickly release the button on the interior of the lock when prompted by the app. Do not hold down the button, as this will reset the lock. If the lock doesn’t flash blue with the first press, you can quickly press it again.
• Press "Connect Wi-Fi"
• Select your Wi-Fi from the list of networks
• Enter your Wi-Fi password
• Press "Connect Wi-Fi"
• Fill in "Access Code" and "Access Code Name"
• Press "Continue"
• Open your door slightly
• Press "I'm Ready"
  The lock will configure itself to your door
• Press "Finish" to complete set-up
