My Lock Isn't Pairing with the Schlage Home App

If you're having trouble pairing your Schlage lock with the Schlage Home app, first ensure your lock is compatible with the app.

Locks Compatible with the Schlage Home App:

• Schlage Arrive (BE459)
• Schlage Encode Series (BE489, BE499, FE789)
• Schlage Sense (BE479 — discontinued)

If you have any other Schlage model, your lock is not compatible with the Schlage Home app.
