Schlage Home App: Forgot Password

If you have forgotten the password for the Schlage Home App, you can reset the password if you have access to the email address you registered your account with. Follow the steps below.

Reset Password

1. From the Sign in screen, press "Forgot Password".
   
   
2. Enter the email address associated with your Schlage Home account.
   
   
3. Press "Reset Password".
   
   
4. Press "Ok" on the pop-up screen: "If there is an account registered to this email address, a verification code will be sent which allows you to reset your password"
   
   
5. Allow approximately 1-5 minutes for the verification code to come in.
6. Enter the Verification code into the Schlage Home App as prompted.
   
   

7. Enter your new password

   The password must be at least 8 characters in length and contain at least one of each of the following: number, special character, uppercase letter, and a lowercase letter. Must contain no spaces.

8. Press "Reset Password".
   
   
9.  You will receive a confirmation the password has been reset, press "ok"
